PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Architect Gonzalez started his private practice in 1995 after more than ten years of diversified work experience in the field of architecture and engineering. Prior to graduation at the University of Santo Tomas (1984), he apprenticed with Pablo S. Antonio and Associates; passed the licensure exams in 1985 while employed with MIESCOR (1985-1987); then worked with G&W (Gilbert C. Yu, Willie C. Yu) Architects and Associates (1987-1992); Architects & Town Planners Collaborative in Singapore (1992-1994) and briefly with Megaworld Properties & Holdings (1994-1995). In 2005, he worked in Riyadh, KSA as senior design architect wherein he has completed several projects for the Ministry of Defense and Aviation.
The office has completed a number of projects ranging from private residences, model houses, medium rise residential buildings, and commercial and corporate office interiors. The office has also performed minor consultancy work for other A/E firms. List of corporate clients includes Permanent Homes Inc.; Bankwise Inc.; Woodridge Properties Inc.; Bay Horizons Land & Homes Inc.; G&W Architects & Associates; Pan Kingdom - Investment Co. (KSA); and Masaito Development Corporation.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
The office aims to render quality, competent and dedicated professional services in the field of Architecture, Planning and Interior Design. The office offers regular architectural design services as described under UAP Doc. 202 consisting of the preparation of Preliminary Designs and Design Development Drawings, Detailed Architectural and Engineering Drawings, Technical Specifications, and Bid Documents.
OUTSIDE CONSULTANTS
The office engages the services of outside consultants to work on the various stages of a project. Regular and close coordination with the consultants and the Client, ensures that the work is done properly and in accordance with the requirements and expectations of the Client.
